Neighborhood Watch
The Neighborhood watch team assists the Fairfax County Police and neighbors with crime prevention in our neighborhood.
Welcome Committee
Members of the Welcome Committee visit new neighbors to introduce themselves and answer any questions. They also provide a welcome packet with the neighbor-
hood directory, a flyer with new neighbor questions and resources
Community Events
Ice Cream Social
Come enjoy some sweet treats and fellowship with other residents in the neighborhood during this annual event.
Annual Block Party
This annual tradition allows neighbors to come together, socialize, and promote good will and cooperation in the neighborhood.
Children’s Carnival
Designed for the youngest members of the community, the Children’s Carnival includes carnival games, food, and more.
Oktoberfest
The annual Oktoberfest celebration offers a wonderful opportunity for residents of all ages to gather, meet new neighbors, and enjoy the afternoon together.
Halloween Parade
the annual Hillbrook-Tall Oaks Halloween parade features a parade down Colburn Drive to the cul-de-sac where community members share food, treats for kids, contests, and more.
Spring Charity Drive
Each year the Hillbrook-Tall Oaks’ annual charity event benefits the Annandale High
School (AHS) Food Pantry by collecting cleaning supplies, household
goods, and many other items.
